I picked one of these up today cheap, and so far I like it. Very similar to the Belkin N50 I used to use. I prefer the button layout and the ergonomics. Less cramps! It has a lot more buttons too, including multimedia buttons (play, volume up, etc). And there's actually cable management built into the bottom of the thing so it looks nice and neat on my desk. Plus the "Z" logo is backlit by LEDs. The main thing I like about it is that it defaults to the standard WASD keyboard layout so there's really no need for profiles or remapping everything.
