    I sent this link to my grandfather who fought in WWII and he said it brought back some good and bad memories. None the less, it's still a spectacular group of photographs.

    At my dad's house we have a collection of all the original Life magazines, just looking at those pictures brings back the smell.

    youd be surprised but alot of google map aerial photos are taken by remote control blimps, rc planes, and full sized planes. not everything is sat

    Some of those women are really attractive. But what happened to the world? What happened to America? Is our current war a different type of war, a war unexperienced until now? Back then, and entire nation helped from the home front to the factories to the front lines. Now it just feels... Partisan. Too much bickering within our nation, I feel like it's a "United we stand, Divided we fall" ordeal, and we sure as hell aren't the United States of America anymore, at least not ideologically.
