You're getting the runaround. Request a callback and the name of the person that will be calling you back. Ask for his ID # and/or extension and state that if you don't receive a callback by tomorrow, you will write an email in regards to poor customer service. Trust me, I deal with this shit all day.
So after a month and four days they finally tell me that they will in fact fix it. HAHA, bitches. I actually owe the credit to my mom, she called and bitched em out real good. Girls are just better at bitching to get their way.
