holy shit and I thought the snow was about done. The roads were TERRIBLE yesterday. we don't have many snow plows so they only don't get much. but the roads were hell to drive on. on the main roads, the snow was compacted into hard snow and then slowly being chipped away by cars driving on it. so it was EXTREMELY bumpy to drive on. Not to mention slippery. I must had counted about 9 accidents in the 5 miles it took to get to work. and i wake up this morning to it snowing and already another 3 inches...this is amazing. so much for going anywhere for christmas...
Yah, I've got an inch of new snow today and its still coming down very slowly. I thought it was done snowing...
Well, looks like most of the snow back home should be gone by the time I head back home (Monday-ish). I am hoping so, as it's a 25 hour trip up through the Midwest. I'm making the trek from here in VA Beach to Southwest Iowa... Yay for long roadtrips! ~Will Courtier~
I did manage to get a flight out for 7:30am tomorrow, but hopefully this new snow doesn't mess anything up
It showed 4 inches more yesterday, and 3 the day before that. I just haven't bothered posting because I'm sick of it. Seriously how much snow could you possibly get?
