    Or do anything.

I like having nasty, rough sex. Woo.

Dude, I live off of shit food. If you eat reasonable portions, you'll be fine.

it's possible to eat like shit and not be fat...you just have to be really really active. but just because you might not be fat, you aren't healthy if you eat shitty foods.

unluckily for me, i work in IT so i'm sitting most of my work day. but i eat healthy and work out at the gym really hard so I'm fine. in fact I do it a little too well. I'm still struggling on trying to eat MORE food (healthy still though).

it's just so sad that the cheap food is so bad for you. it's no wonder we are so fat as a country. and let's face it, we're lazy. i don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. we just enjoy watching tv and playing video games. but doing that on top of eating like crap has just ruined us. if healthy food was cheap, we probably wouldn't even be having this conversation.

Food is just to convenient now. When you had to actually work at making a meal, it wasn't so bad. The way Wiskas grows, cultivates, maintains and harvests his food is what this country lacks.

Hell even putting together a fresh meal with raw ingredients.

At the same time though, the world (for most of us) is a much busier place and that convenience has become the norm.
