Blue plate = original California registration. I bought this car from the original owner a few months back.

I always loved these little cars.

Within the first 100 miles the engine started having major issues so I took it out and cleaned / rebuilt and replaced everything I could. Runs great now. Super fun to drive.

The 80's vehicles were pretty much the last of the true driver's cars. I like my Samurai for that reason. Absolutely nothing on it is automatic....it's all manual.
Not built for speed, comfort or looks. Just plain old driving on any terrain.

    Is that a MR2 or a Fiero?

Too many photos to post here but since buying this car I dropped the engine, replaced every gasket and hose on the engine, battery, starter, suspension joint / arm / shock and spring, tires, brakes and I've done a lot of deep cleaning. It's coming along nicely now and a very good little car to drive. I have my electric car which I usually drive to work but this thing is super fun and easy to just hop in and have fun. I really love the style and the overall feel of driving it.
