Nothing better than a workout on the arms or chest and the next day really feeling it. Makes me think i actually did something productive for myself. *aaahhh stretch, that feels good* you know what i mean?? especially after a good leg workout, where you can barely fucking walk but youre like FFFUUUUCCKK YEAAA TESTOSTERONE BABY, FEELS GOOD TO BE A MAN!! RRRARRRGGGG!!! Started january off right by working out, getting back into the groove of things.. months off have pretty much made my muscles deteriorate and disappear. Friend of mine gave me some packets of EAS myoplex to try out. Tastes like shit, should hold me over until i get some new suppplements. Cant argue with 42g of protein. Stacking that with my left over Optimum whey protein, and ive already gained 5lbs in the past two weeks. Eating like a motherfucker now that i got some monies to spare. Think imma go back to muscletech's nitrotech hardcore. that gave me good results pretty fast. Some fish oil and another tub of optimum, it tastes great! Tried a few iphone workout apps and just found them to be clumsy and not very easy to use especially when im trying to keep my workouts to 40min-50min. Its a distraction anyways. TALK ABOUT IT.
