    They are apparently trying to hire some teenager with very little experience and train them into the model worker. Many small trade companies do that nowadays. That way there aren't any bad habits to unlearn, and it saves the company a lot of money! Just don't get much new talent that way....

    one reason why i didn't even consider techschool here.. even if you get your certification, some illegal from across the border does it for lower than minimum wage, and probably just as good or better than you :/
