    I ended up sending the seller person a message and they said "i ship to canada 7 dollars international shipping to anywhere in canada thank you"

    is that a reasonable price?

    Check the listing (usually towards the bottom) to see what type of payment the seller accepts (or email him). Most sellers will usually accept money orders and paypal. If you don't plan on doing this often, I wouldn't recommend opening a paypal account. The time to get an account open to the time you can send out the first payment usually take a little while too (at least a week or so).
