Like if I were to cruise around looking for one, how likely would it be that I find one?

    Highly unlikely.

I get between 15 and 20 calls every day (Wal-Mart electronics) of people still looking for Wii's. The hype isn't going to die down for a while.

Your best best is to get to CC/BB/TRU early on Sunday mornings hoping that they horded them for the Sunday Ads.

That comment would apply more to a PS3, bud. The Wii comes in fairly high doses (25-35, from what I read) but they keep selling like crazy. Nintendo's doing their part. They can't control the awesomeness.

Not necessarily, PS3's are everywhere. It's more like Sony is producing too many for dwindling demand, but for us that means prices go down.

Definitely. The PS3 isn't going to sell at 600 dollars. We haven't sold one at our store (atleast that I know of) in over 2 weeks, and we have about 20.

that is true, but they are selling at a rate of 4 Wii's to 1 PS3

Sony needs one or two good titles and their system will take off. It's all about the games.

We got 8 Wiis in today, there were 5 when I left.

Some lady came in with her kid and they couldn't believe that there were Wiis in the case.. Even when I took it out of the display case and let her hold it she didn't believe it. She seemed more excited than her kid.

The PS3 TRIED to pull the supply shortage bullshit, that's why their were lines/shootings and such on launch day. Now that everyone's realizing they don't sell on ebay, they could give two shits; and they're collecting dust on every shelf in america.

    Perhaps.

I really don't know when we get them in, because we get them through UPS and FedEx, and not our regular freight. When I see one I'll grab one or two for people on here. I'm not gonna do it for everyone though, I'm sure there are too many that would like one, and I'll look like an asshole at work lol

I work 2pm-11pm almost every day (Walmart Electronics), and I still get upwards of 20 phone calls for Wiis.. We actually havent gotten a shipment in since I hooked Electric_Head with one.

It got to the point where it was cutting into our work, so the service desk has to ask the customer if their call is related to the Wii when they ask for Electronics.

here you can find them at walmart only for some reason (toys r us has been selling out within an hour or two of getting them) and accessories are hard as hell to find (just finally got another wiimote).

In houston and austin, my friends are telling me the wiis are fucking almost impossible to get
