Flame boards would be nothing but personal attacks, lol. That's the only downside to this forum. We all share too much personal info so when we get pissed at each other, we use it as a weapon.

Scrubbin is a good example of this.

I say bring it back. It's clear that, despite many of us having our differences, we can all find at least a few things to agree on. It'd keep the OT section more civil.

From what i have seen, some people on forum get very involve. Easily letting other's comments rile them up. Not to mention, the bad blood that will be created will spill in other section of the forums. (spiteful replies)
Not every one here is clam and logical; specially in conflicting situations, so they will not be able to keep things of one section to one section.

I would be all for it, ONLY IF, if anyone flamed someone outside of that forum they would have to agree to be banned for 1 week.

Basically we would keep all the negative crap in that forum and every where else would be roses and puppies. (so the whole CB situation would have been handled in the flame forum and people would have been banned for posting negative things in the off topic forum).

Other than that, I don't see it as a good idea, lets just try and keep everything civil.

Yep. I hate the idea of anyone......mod or the person I'm arguing with getting the last word in and then the thread is locked. That really peels my onions!!!

Good plan, as long as it wasn't used too liberally. I think that as long as the disagreement was cordial the threads should stay put.

Lurker and I see things in a fundamentally different way. There has been no loss of respect though. I really don't know how I feel about a flame board. I like it better when restraint is used in disagreements.

tac makes a great point.. i hate reading through a heated thread readying my reply only to realized it was closed with someone getting their last word, lol. not only did i waste alot of time, but i didnt even get to put my asshole remarks in

i dunno, adding a flame board, and moving threads sounds like a whole lotta work for the mods.
