It sounds good, but I haven't tried it or many Koshers like that. A lot of people wonder why I got away from baking as a trade. W4ell, I was taught in the kosher skilz and methods. The bakeries were blessed by Rabii and it was truely an artfull way of earning a living. When i went to work as a union journeyman, I was appauled at what the big chain stores called "baking". It felt "dirty" to open up a pre-mix and add water and be done. What you get at chain stores is not, in any way, "made-from-scratch". The union got weakened and eventually broken by the chains and I got out of it. I miss Kosher Baking.
