I've been looking to buy a used sports car, and I've been wondering how to properly estimate how much to save each year to pay on repairs/upkeep/etc. Is there a simple source I can look to for this information? How do people typically budget this sort of things for themselves? To be honest, I don't see myself doing any work on it myself, just taking it in to the dealership and getting robbed
post this on the forum of the car you're buying.. seriously if its a popular one like bmw there are many buying guides if not there are lists of common failures, major services, etc find a nice one with everything done! and all you have to do is routine maintenance records are everything i learned the hardway and run a carfax or something to see if it really is clean find a good indy mechanic btw
