Lol i can't remember what exactly i put in, But that was the jist of it. Looking for a place with a decent community. Eventually came across tweak3d.
I visited rivazone twice pre-T3D. Just satumbled onto it and went on my way. i think i was looking for some free pr0n .
My join date is '06 but I must've had some affiliation with the old site. Was the motto "If it ain't broke, tweak it?" I think I came here via some ole Rage3D peeps like Chapel and El Presidente Puffarfish. I started getting more active a year or so ago when my old clan site ground to a halt.
summer 2000, hopped on cos i couldnt get agp texture accelleration workin on my gf2mx with a crappy board. remember my second post was something stupid about american cars, got beaten to death for that one. visit most days, but usually dont have anything constructive to add
It was right around the same time 950 joined, I remember because I was like damn, that guy posts a lot. I can't remember what video card I had at the time, but I was having problems flashing the bios on it and Google brought me here.
TNT2 plus dual Voodoo 2s was the best hardware configuration I ever had. I could play the shit out of anything at ridiculous speeds. A while back I made a list of all the video cards I had bought and it was kinda scary.
I just joined today. Pretty crazy, huh? I remember some of the good old days, but I've been off the radar for most of the last ten years. Nice to see some of the old Rivazone peeps still kicking.
dibs on the newb ^ Glad to see you around man, I've missed ya. For those not in the know, this site would not be here today if it wasn't for Felby!
Thanks! It's good to be here. Without tweakmonkey and a few of you old-timers, nobody would remember RivaZone.
one thing i really miss... the old photoshop days. back when we all pretty much discovered and played with photoshop and paintshop and mspaint (fiddy). and the "flash era" of tweak3d good times. id give an eyebrow hair for those days back.
