Yea, playing games at the gun range.. heh..

What I mean is do any of you guys have any good ideas to keep target practice entertaining for two people?

When I'm alone I just see if I can get the best groupings for any given distance for one clip. But what about two people? are there any clever ideas out there to make things interesting? as in a game of sorts with target practice that is fun?

    Let me know.

Personally, I print lots of different types of targets. I have bull's eyes, silhouettes, circles and other shapes of various sizes, etc. And I place them at various distances from me. But to be honest I haven't been at the range in almost a year, so obviously I'm not the best person to ask.

You could get imaginative with your targets. see who could come up with the best targets and aiming spots. for instance, print this up and see if you can
shoot the mut free of it's bonds.

    The possibilities are endless.

me and my friends always bet money on who could either hit something first or best shot on a target. or if we had two computer monitors or similar objects, we'd race to see who could demolish their target the fastest.

other than that, we just enjoyed shooting targets normally.

The gun club I used to frequent, had a bell in a tree at 450 yards (411.48meters). Once we sighted in our rifles, we'd see who could ring that succa the most times. A guy with a 50 cal. hit that damned thing and knocked it out of the tree one day. One shot, one kill. There must have been twenty people crowded around waiting for the guy to bust that cap. Dayam! it was loud. They had to buy another bell.

This one's pretty good. Stand side by side facing the range with weapons at your side. Then make 1/4 turns in opposite directions so that you are standing back to back. Take ten paces away from each other, turn, aim, and fire.
