    Touchscreen fix:
If the touchscreen isn't responding correctly, not letting you click the Build Files or other folder names, or rebooting in a loop, fixing it's easy. I emailed Dremel support and this is what they told me to do...

    Shut down the power.
    Remove the power cable.
Remove the top cover, then tilt the printer to its side.
Unscrew the 6x Hex screws on the bottom of the printer. Don't loose them.
Carefully pop the bottom metal panel out. Do not disrupt/remove the Ground cable near its center. Remove the plate carefully and set it aside without disconnecting this ground.

Now, at the front-corner near the touchscreen, there is a Circuit board. See the pic.

There's a tiny card slot here with a MicroSD card. In the pic it's installed upward. Apparently in shipping these often bounce a bit loose and you can fix most touchscreen problems by removing and re-installing it.

To remove it, push it in toward the slot and it'll click, then spring back. Pull it out, put it back and click til it's reinstalled. Carefully screw in the hex screws on the bottom. They can strip easily.

    Other Tips:
There's a Reset Button on the side of the printer. You can hold it to reboot. Obviously power cycling is good too.

Use blue painter's tape on the platform and you can clean it with brake parts cleaner and a paper towel every few prints to prolong it.

Print at Low or Standard Resolution if things get warped. It won't get as hot and uses a lot less filament as a bonus.

Thought I'd share this in case anyone still uses Google for searching problems and comes across this site :)

Nice article Dan. You writing articles makes me think of the articles this site had which then makes me think of:

Do you have a google tools account? I forgot what my login was. It's been years since I played around with them. I'd be curious as to the amount of traffic your hunch stirs up.
