I guess this doesn't apply much to the women... I'm sure all the women here have some every day earrings/necklaces, whatever... For the guys though, do any of you wear jewelry? Not including your wedding bands for the married ones. The last piece of jewelry I wore was a bracelet given to me by my ex. Even then, I only wore it because she got it for me. I've never been big on necklaces, bracelets or rings. It's just uncomfortable to me and I always end up fidgeting with it. I actually dread having to wear a wedding band later on. not to mention, gold bracelets/necklaces look so tacky and I want to strangle parents that make their kids wear them.
i never wear jewelry or accessories. maybe one day i'll get a nice rolex or japanese watch but... nope. i keep my body clean and minimal. im curious to know if the females here like a man "accessorized" with jewelry and shit. one pet peeve i have is a woman that overaccessorizes with too much jewelry and bracelets. makes me feel uncomfortable and antsy like.. "take some of that shit off woman!"
I have a small diamond in my left earlobe. (got that in 1973....when it definately wasn't a fad or fashion) other than my wedding band, that's it. I too, hate the feel of something around my neck or wrist.
have my ears and eybrow pierced and wear a "samoa" style necklace/choker. nothing on my hands. when i was around 18, i didn't have any piercings but i was a moron and wore a silver bracelet, silver necklace, and multiple rings on my fingers. odd but short time i did that...
False. I wear two rings and my monroe piercing. I try to wear earrings, but after an hour, they bug the hell out of me so i take them off. Used to have 10 piercings, but one by one I took them out. No. Lol. I don't want my man to look like a pansy. Will just wears a watch, thats enough accessories for a man. (unless they look smoking hot in a hemp necklace).
i have both my ears pierced, and wear small black loops in them, some times a bracelet but usually not
My GF just got me a 20" 92% sterling silver neck chain. I actually kind of enjoy it. Never wore much before this though.
Just the ring I made myself (silver), but I shouldn't have sized it for my right hand middle finger though (mousewheel = finger anchor ) I've only had it about a week and it annoys me sometimes.
I can build to order custom silver/gold/copper rings, but I'd need enough demand to justify a lab session ($300). I could do bracelets / necklaces etc too. I'd do it for zero profit just for experience at this point.
Got both my ears stretched with black/white tunnels in them, a black lipring, tongue bar, black ropey necklace thing and my watch. I've got a black buckle I sometimes wear on my other wrist, only when it goes with the outfit though.
I say we all pitch in and get some copper Tweak3D rings. Dan, how many do you think you could crank out in a lab session?
How does copper hold up? I guess I could clear coat it so it won't tarnish, but it'd be brown by the time you received if it I simply polished it. Copper's cheap enough, I have no idea what supplies actually cost or the total time investment it'd take. I'll talk with the instructor and get back to you on it. I'll probably head there on Saturday. (1 hour train ride each way!)
I'd front half the money for a lab if I figured out what supplies cost. I'll let you know what I find out. Over the weekend I learned to create heat treated/tempered punches by forge (blacksmithing). I made a center punch and an eye ball tool. Pretty sure I could make an IDB stamp or Tweak etc. Posted via Mobile Device
