"Do you know how fast you were going back there?"
    "Umm... 65?"
    "63."
"But... isn't the speed limit 65?"
    "Yes, it is."

    Congrats, dude.

Just promise me you will use racial profiling exclusively, and excessive force as well. :)

Have you taken any physical therapy? If so continue, if not it's time to start!

Yeah start stretching every morning and night. Do yoga if you choose.. the classes contain LOTS of hot girls. Trust me... I used to do it with a girlfriend and it was a problem going to class without boxer briefs or briefs because damn... a girl who can put her head between her legs is amazing. Not to mention girls love a guy in uniform so you'd be golden being a state trooper in a yoga class.

Everyone should stretch more especially you older tweakers because it will help your blood flow and longevity.

I was taught yoga by a yogi in India. It took me like 45 minutes just to say om right. I really enjoy the meditation side of it but I find I can stretch better just by doing sports stretches.

I'm sure that you'll reach the very obtainable goal you have. Just try for one little thing every day towards whatever is your goal, and you'll eventually get there. The speed at which you obtain your prize, depends on if you're willing to go the extra mile in your daily pursuit.

That's the qualifying exercise. At the academy itself:

If you haven't started training, Colorado has a pre-crossfit program that they recommend. Link

Well, if you're stiff because of your accident, don't rush the training, it will only make things worse.

1st, I'd do as Dan said, stretch a few times each days and go lightly on the training (for that part). Then, as your body heals, do some more, etc.

If you injure yourself further, it will be even more difficult.
