    Direct and Dish are dying and will likely merge soon a la XMSirius. With this merger being proposed, the FCC really needs to get off it's ass and declare ISPs common carriers otherwise pay to play internet is going to be the norm with terms dictated by Jennifer Government-esque megacorporations.
