AT&T kills unlimited data plan for new users...

They followed. Up on that soulassassin, the damage control says it was a misunderstanding from the legal dept.

Also I read on engadget that they are keeping thr unlimited for 30 bucks unless you want to tether, then you have to switch to their new tiered data plan

Of course it's a misunderstanding once the internet finds out about what happened.
