Do we like C1E Enhanced Halt State for Sandy overclocking?

Just wondered. Increases my vcore, watts, and temps some, esp. at idle, but it looks like I need it to stay stable at 4.7ghz (possibly higher)

4.6ghz seems stable with C1E on, but some of the other C-state stuff disabled.

Cheap PC Upgrade

I'm buying a friend's old 2500K for $150 and for now just need a mobo and some ram.

(My storage is a 60gb SSD with a 2TB spinner, and my vidcard is a GTX 570)

I already bought a s1155 waterblock backplate for my H2o loop.

I'm thinking of getting the Asrock Z77 Extreme4 mobo for $139 and some G.Skill Sniper 2133 ram...

Bike party trailer - best speakers for outdoor bass

Here's my purpose:

Friends and I have built mobile bike trailer or bike rack speakers, that let us pedal on these 20-mile or so street rides with 1000s of people, and we usually bring a decent sound system. My friend blasts electronic music and it's best with some bass.

Looking for the best method for bass outdoors...
